What you will read here is the naked brutal, ruthless, power of a CEO of a publicly held corporation who, when he abused his power killed 5 patients, including my mother. He ignored our pleas for help in 2003 in a Newport Beach, Caifornia, nursing home. While he lived nearby and bought investment properties just down the street from this nursing home on Superior Avenue, in a multi-million dollar ocean front area known as the Peninsula's "Wedge" and Newport Coast. All this after he lost a bid to evict a patient's family member, the late Dolores Otting, for whistleblowing.
