Is Rick Matros a sociopath?
What kind of man would apologise for harming a patient in his care then cheat the family out of wrongful death? Is Richard K Matros capable of being a true sociopath? His past actions tell a story that shareholders need to know. This man hurt many people then showed a callous disregard for their pain. Why? Only a true sociopath would behave in this manner, my opinion.

I worked at a Sun Healthcare in Dover, NH, Langdon Place of Dover. I volunteered and was employed there for over ten years. I've seen the company, especially the site where I worked, go from priding themselves in longetivity of it's staff, teamwork, and seeing the faces of people as opposed to seeing only dollar signs, to something very contrary. The outcome of the appointment of a new unqualified administrator and Sun Healthcare's ever changing policies and beliefs became detrimental to not only staff but residents as well. Seeing only dollar signs permeated every department from the CEO to the Administrator to the heads of departments and to all the employees! Longevity was lost all around by terminations and staff with longevity jumping ship. Teamwork went from helping one another to "It's not my job!" dnd visions of people who need our help to dollar signs became prevalent. I tried many times to go through channels to get my feelings and opinions to the top only to be greeted with a deaf ear.
I wanted to commend you for speaking up and making yourself heard. unfortunately you had to suffer a heartbreaking situation to make others aware of the reality in our residential facilities. Each year Sun Health ask it's employees to fill out a survey and write about their opinions. It is on these survey's that I hoped I would be heard, but to no avail! So, thank you for making a diiference.Also thank you for letting me vent and hearing me out, there are few places where I can do this. I tried to join your blog, but my computer wasn't able to hook up to it!
